Do you deliver to islands?
We deliver to boats and send you a picture of the delivered goods. For journeys more than 20 minutes make sure the boat has a freezer to store our delivered packets. Keep frozen until use.
How to store the kaashi huni packets?
It is frozen and must remain in the deep freezer until you need to use it. Buy it frozen from shop freezer, store it at home in the freezer until you need it!
What is the best way to thaw it for use?
Keep the packet in fridge for 2 hours before use for a gentle thawing.
But for rushed cooks, keep it out on the counter at the beginning when you prepare your dish.
For the really out of time cooks, keep the packet in boiled water for a few minutes (handle with care!)
